the location was perfect, close to everything i wished to see. the staff were helpful and attentive to all my needs. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its beautiful views. i also found the on-site museum to be a good addition (a real hidden gem!).
i did notice some slight fraying on the edges of the towels. this was a minor detail, but noticeable given the high standard of everything else.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruits and delicious coffee. i found the mature fruit selection especially notable. the restaurant provided a lovely atmosphere for enjoying meals.

i walked to all the famous spots from this place, and it felt easy. i had half board, and it was nice. the staff was gentle and kind. i liked visiting the aqueduct below the building.
the rooftop bar was lovely but ordering required calling downstairs.

quiet roomfree waterattentive staff
i stayed in the family room in the annex right next door to the main building. the space was great and quiet because there were no windows overlooking the streets, a big plus. free water was available and appreciated plus there was a lovely sitting room. staff really looked after us .
the towels i used were slightly frayed at the edges.

breakfast offered a lovely hot menu to choose from and included fresh fruit pastries and more daily. the cappuccinos were extra yummy and a great way to start the day before exploring the city. the buffet was wonderful.

the breakfast buffet included a huge variety of super fresh fruit. i especially liked the cheese and bread. eggs and coffee were made to order, AMAZING!!!
The lights outside my room were left on all night. Blackout blinds helped, but it was still noticeable.
